I got a lake view room, beautiful. The breakfast had lots of choices, THAT was AMAZING!!! The staff let us stay an extra night when we asked. It was easy to extend our visit.

The breakfast was acceptable.
The receptionist REALLY gave off an impression that she did not want to assist me. When I inquired about room rates, she answered my questions with short, unhelpful responses. She actually said 'I don't know' when I asked about converting the rate to US dollars. It was VERY frustrating.

The air conditioning in the Beautiful Double Room was not effective. The room remained warm and stuffy. Breakfast was REALLY subpar. The food was left uncovered, attracting flies, a HUGE problem. The coffee from the machine was also quite bad. It tasted burnt and bitter, a real disappointment for Italy.

My room faced the lake and sun terrace! patio doors opened easily. the staff changed towels and cleaned the room daily. It was a lovely service. the staff was attentive and friendly. Their help.
i found the heating system difficult. it was still on, even though the weather was warm. i couldn't adjust it myself. i asked the reception three times to turn it off, but it never happened. noisy street was a real problem!
